Summary: This is a story of a Crown Prince and an ordinary boy from two different worlds who are brought by fate and get tangled in a complicated relationship. Are they the perfect one for each other?
Before he could land down onto his feet, Kibum feels something hard collide with his temple the moment Kikwang lands on his feet.
His elbow hits Kibum on his temple, just right above his eyebrow and Kibum groans in pain.
Kibum falls down on the ground with a pained voice. Just as the referee blows the whistle to stop the game for a while, Jonghyun abruptly stands up from his seat and sees the blood dripping down on the court ground.
The guards are running into the court, helping Kibum to stand up and one even holding a handkerchief over his temple. They hold him up and bring him out of the court. Woohyun glares at the other boy and walks over to him.
“What do you think you are doing!?” He barks into his face. Kikwang shrugs, putting the best innocent face he could afford, “I did nothing. It was an accident.”
Jonghyun locks his eyes as the guards are holding Kibum up which face is frowning in pain. He steals a glance at the shrugging boy in the middle of the court before deciding to deal with him later. Kibum is his first priority.
The whole audience is in chaos and everyone is gossiping for the sudden accident happening in the middle of the tournament. The team captain is hurt; moreover he is the Crown Prince’s spouse. Everyone is recording and even watching over the fancams they have.
Kibum gulps down the mineral water from the bottle he is holding. The blood has been wiped away and his face is clean from any trace of the red liquid, only a bandage is decorating his head now. He insists on joining the tournament again but everyone is holding him back from doing so. Even the coach is forbidding him.
“But this is an important tournament! I can’t miss this, Sir!”
Just then, Jonghyun enters the infirmary room and everyone stays silent at his presence. “Enough, Kibum.” He says with low voice. Kibum sighs and rubs his face. “Jonghyun, this is the last. You know how important this is to me! How could you—”
“Everyone, please get out,” Jonghyun demands lowly. Every single person in the room leaves and once Jonghyun hears the sound of door closing behind him, he continues, “Rest, Kibum.”
“No, Jonghyun. No is a no. I’m going.”
He walks away from the Prince and reaches for the door handle, only to stop when he feels arms circling his torso, enveloping him in a back hug.
“Don’t make me worry again.” Jonghyun whispers honestly. Kibum freezes at the sincerity in his voice and lets his arm falls back to his side. He stares down on his sneakers, contemplating on his decision for about a few minutes.
Kibum finally lets out a heavy sigh, before muttering, “At least let me watch from the bench.”
The rest of the tournament is going in a blurred for Kibum. He watches as his friends run fast here and there, shooting the ball into the ring, before finally the final whistle blows. The game is finished and they win. Their team has won.
Kibum jumps up from the bench, grabbing his four friends including Joonmyun who is taking over his place after his stomachache can be handled. They let out a continuous hooray and they spin over in circle to celebrate the win. Kibum throws his head back in happiness to Woohyun’s joke and he lets his gaze falls on Kikwang.
They lock eyes before Kikwang glances away and walks to the opposite direction.
The fancams from the game are being shared to the internet. Everyone is still gushing over the accident even after a few days. Eventually, some people find the details in the fancams. Some discussing about it before finally the discussion changes into accusation.
The boy from the team deliberately hit the Prince’s spouse. It is not innocent at all.
The news is spreading across the nation. People are talking about it, making some trending topics in social media; sharing the slowed-version of the video as the proof. People begin to corner the boy who purposively hurt the Crown Prince’s spouse.
Students in the school are bashing at him, calling him with some nasty words; some even going as far as starting to bully him. It is noisy. Everything is in chaos mode.
Lee Kikwang is walking along the backyard of the school when two men with black suits and broad shoulder stop in front of him. “Crown Prince wants to meet you. Follow us.”
Jonghyun stares sharply at the boy in front of him. His face may look calm but his gaze is piercing. “Lee Kikwang. 18. Living at the corner of the street across the school. Part time job at the nearest fast-food shop. Having only one A for the latest semester. I know everything about you that I don’t need to list out.”
Kikwang parts his lips challengingly, jaw tightening. Jonghyun stands up straight, both hands in his pockets.
“I can make you disappear from here, but my Kibummie won’t like it. Apologize to him or I can do more than you could even imagine.” Jonghyun hisses the words lowly, tone filled with venom.
When the other boy says nothing as the counter attack, Jonghyun simply steps closer, one hand flying up to grab him by the collar of his shirt. “Leave Kibum alone.”
Jonghyun brushes his hand from his shirt, walking away after bumping their shoulder in a harsh collide; enough to make the other boy stumbles back in a few steps.
“Tch,” is the only sound that Kikwang lets out.
Kibum is in the locker room when suddenly a bang resonates in the room. He glances and holds himself from rolling his eyes at the sight of the last person he wants to see.
“Fully healed, boy?” Kikwang asks him. Kibum sighs and ignores him, closing his locker.
“Do you believe that I did it on purpose?” He questions again, making Kibum taken aback.
Kibum glances at him, locking his gaze on him. “You might be sly but I do not believe that rumor.” He hears low chuckle from the other boy.
“But I did. I did it on purpose. I will only stop until you break. But it’s such a bad luck. So, here I am, apologizing to you.” He says with a wicked grin before turning on his heels to walk away.
“Oh,” he stops on his tracks, “tell your lovely Prince that I have done exactly what he wants me to do. I don’t know he is so noisy. He makes me worry on how he will lead the nation later.”
“Wait,” Kibum stops him once again from walking away. Kikwang glances around, hearing Kibum’s voice. Kibum gets closer to him, too close that he can feel their breath mingle together. He flinches when Kibum’s fist collides with the metal door behind his head.
“Watch your mouth. Do not you ever dare to talk that way about him. You know nothing,” Kibum whispers dangerously low into his ear. He hisses before pushing him away and then walking out from the locker room.
“Loser,” hisses Kibum under his breath.
The royal command to stop talking about the accident revolving the Crown Prince’s spouse is out and soon everyone stops talking about it. Rumor says that Lee Kikwang drops out of the school and everyone hasn’t met him again after yesterday.
Kibum steps into the Prince’s chamber, finding Jonghyun reading on the couch. The Prince glances at him and smiles. “Oh, you just get back?”
“Yeah,” Kibum mutters as the answer. He drops his bag by the floor beside the couch before walking away from the Prince. The words are stuck on the tip of his tongue.
Kibum stops walking, before mumbling, “Thank you...”
Jonghyun turns his head to him, grinning slightly. “What’s the payback?”
Kibum bits his bottom lip before releasing it. He sighs, turning on his heels and stepping closer to the Prince on the couch. Jonghyun stares up to him in anticipation. Kibum leans down, shrugging the urge to blush before pressing a quick kiss on the corner of Jonghyun’s lips.
He leans back; face flushes in obvious red before running away to the bathroom. Jonghyun is left grinning in happiness.

I am in the middle of exam 'break', lol its Saturday of course -_- well but my exam starts again on Tuesday and it ends fully on Friday and I cant wait like seriously, because I have a lot of things that I have to do such as cooking, and tidying my house and room and being a very good girl for my family lol, and most importantly TO WRITE NEW THINGS lol xDDD
And, oh, on the next chapter will be someone's birthday and something is happening between them, something so dangerous? Haha
